We stand behind our products! If MagnetBlox™ do not meet your expectations, return the product to us within 30 days for a full refund of your original purchase price. MagnetBlox™ does not cover the return shipping fee.
- MagnetBlox^TM products can be returned for a refund (to the original payment method) for up to 30 days from purchase date.
- Products must be in new condition and with the original packaging.

- A photo of the item may be required for a return to verify condition.

Once we receive the returned product(s) back to our warehouse (after inspection), our team will process your return. Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change orders after they have been placed.

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday and is closed on national and state holidays. If you have questions about your order, please email hello@magnetblox.com.

MagnetBlox™ would be happy to replace any product that arrives damaged or with defective parts at NO cost to you pending approval. **If you have just opened your package and see any of the following concerns, please let us know via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. The following must be reported within 24 hours of receipt: color mix up, damaged or soiled product from transit, stains, rips, fabric punctures/holes.

We ship to all lower 48 states at the moment. International orders can not be placed.

MagnetBlox™ may be cleaned with a gentle vacuum (such as a shop-vac) and wiped down with a damp cloth. Do not submerge blocks in water.

The material for MagnetBlox™ is 100% polyester upholstery fabric and the foam is Polyurethane.

The magnets are VERY strong. Due to the magnetic nature of our blocks, we would not recommend letting them come in contact with any sensitive electronic devices, especially medical devices.
